About this file

This document is a Pre-Solicitation Feedback Form for the Employment Development Department's (EDD) Integrated Claims Management System (ICMS) solicitation in the state of California. The form requests vendor feedback on various aspects of the Statement of Work (SOW) and related solicitation documents, including concerns about meeting project timelines and deliverables, assumptions and dependencies, clarity and completeness of requirements, areas that may be overly prescriptive or limit the vendor's ability to deliver services effectively, and recommended adjustments to milestones, deliverables, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The form also seeks input on the cost workbook, staff qualifications, and any additional information needed to prepare a response.

The feedback gathered through this process will be used to refine the solicitation documents prior to the formal release of the Request for Proposal (RFP). Vendors are asked to provide their name, contact information, and detailed feedback on the various sections of the SOW and related exhibits. The feedback will help ensure the final solicitation documents address the needs of the EDD and provide vendors with a clear understanding of the requirements and expectations for this project.
