About this file
The document is a UND Fleet Repaint Inspection Sheet designed to systematically evaluate the quality of vehicle repainting for non-USSS/personal vehicles. The comprehensive inspection form covers three primary assessment categories: Paint Quality, Pre-Existing Damage, and General Appearance. Each category includes specific criteria for evaluation, such as checking for overspray, color variations, uneven paint finish, clear coat consistency, rust or corrosion, dents/scratches, panel conditions, and swirl marks.
The inspection sheet provides detailed checkboxes and location fields for inspectors to document specific issues or defects during the vehicle repainting process. The Passing Criteria section outlines the standards that must be met, including no overspray, consistent paint finish, no pre-existing damage, and proper reapplication of factory stickers. The form concludes with signature lines for both the vendor representative and program office representative, facilitating formal documentation and accountability of the vehicle repainting inspection process.
