Scenario Example:

The contractor must provide immediate roadside assistance, arrange for towing to the nearest qualified repair facility, source and ship the required transmission parts, and complete repairs to return the vehicle to service within the shortest possible timeframe.
Fleet Profile:
• Prevost XLII motorcoaches, operating throughout the continental United States.

o Maintenance will be scheduled at various locations based on operational needs, including but not limited to Washington, DC, Atlanta, GA, Dallas, TX, and Los Angeles, CA.
2. Unscheduled Repairs & Breakdowns:

o Each incident may require roadside assistance, diagnostic services, and, if necessary, towing to the nearest authorized repair facility (capable of handling up to 60,000 lbs).
3. Parts Supply & Shipping:
o On average, five (5) parts orders per month will be required to support both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
o Parts must be shipped to various locations within the continental United States, sometimes with expedited delivery.
4. Towing Services:
o Up to two (2) towing events per year, requiring the transport of a disabled motorcoach to a repair facility.
