The Company will attempt to hold the bi-annual bidding on 1 June and 1 December each year.
Section 18.02

13 at 08:00-08:15). If an officer misses the call-in time, it will not be the responsibility of the
Company to make contact with that officer. The officer who missed his/her call time will be allowed to bid when they call in; however, all officers who have already bid will not be bumped due to that officer's tardiness in bidding. If an officer is scheduled for a bid time and is on a run, the bidding process will not continue until that officer is able to place their bid.
Section 18.03
The Captain, Lieutenant, or Sergeant will accept the bids Monday through Friday during normal working hours, and will provide a certified copy to the unions designated representative for review.

Full-time schedules will have at least (32) hours per pay period. The Company may formulate schedules with “plug-in” time available; however, once established, the schedule will be observed for the entire bid period unless ICE changes the number of slots or mission requirements, or the Union agrees to a modification during the cycle.

(2) consecutive days off (48 hours). Officers will be allowed to volunteer for overtime on scheduled days off.
