About this file

This is a DD Form 1423 (Contract Data Requirements List) dated February 2024 that establishes data delivery requirements for a federal contract related to USS McCampbell (DDG85) 6CM & 6EM systems.

The form specifies one primary data deliverable: Government Furnished Material (GFM) Inventory Report by National Stock Number (Data Item A002), governed by the authority document DI-PSSS-80727A. The report must be submitted in Microsoft Excel-compatible electronic format on a semi-annual basis for the life of the contract. The first report is due 45 days after contract award with an "as of date" of 30 days post-award; subsequent reports are due every six months thereafter with the "as of date" being the last day of each reporting period. The report content must include contract number, CLIN, NSN, part number, inventory requirements (usage rates), quantity on hand, unit price, existing government inventory, excess inventory positions, supporting rationale for excess inventory, and proposed reuse or disposal actions. Government approval is required within 30 days of receipt, with disapproved reports requiring resubmission within 15 days. Distribution is authorized to DOD components and DOD contractors with critical technology restrictions as of October 2007. The requiring office is SRF-JRMC Code 1209, with five designated points of contact for submission and coordination.
