About this file
This document is an Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) contract attachment for Price Increase Percentages, associated with Solicitation Number BPM006653. The form is designed for potential contract offerors to specify maximum percentage increases they may request during contract renewal periods.
The attachment provides a structured mechanism for price adjustments across four potential renewal periods, with the offeror in this instance proposing incremental increases: 5% for the first renewal, 10% for the second, 15% for the third, and 20% for the fourth renewal. Importantly, all percentage increases are calculated against the original contract price, and the State of Arizona does not automatically approve price increases. If an increase is requested, the offeror must provide documentation justifying the need at the time of renewal. The document includes an example table demonstrating how these percentage increases would be applied to an initial contract price of $100.00, showing the cumulative effect of compounding increases over multiple renewal periods.
