About this file
This document is a Participation in Boycott of Israel Disclosure form from the Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT), which requires businesses seeking to contract with the state to certify their stance on commercial relations with Israel. The form is part of Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §35-393, which mandates that public entities can only enter contracts with companies that provide a written certification of non-participation in a boycott of Israel.
The specific document is associated with Solicitation No. BPM006653 and is completed by Courtesy Auto of Mesa, located at 1630 E. Auto Park Drive in Mesa, Arizona. The form allows companies to declare whether they participate in or abstain from boycotting goods or services from Israel, with exemptions for smaller businesses (those with less than $100,000 contract value, sole proprietorships, fewer than 10 employees, or non-profit organizations). In this instance, Courtesy Auto of Mesa has selected the option certifying that they do not participate in, and agree not to participate in, a boycott of Israel during the contract term.
