About this file

This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department, establishing mandatory contractor compliance requirements for doing business with the city. The document outlines three certification requirements based on contract value thresholds: for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel; for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants; and for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries. All certifications are required to be completed and signed by the contractor prior to contract execution.

The document serves as a standardized certification form that vendors must execute regardless of the specific goods or services being procured, with compliance obligations extending for the aggregate term of any resulting contract. Contractors must affirm their commitment to all applicable restrictions by signing the form and providing their vendor name, vendor number if assigned, and the date of certification. Non-compliance with any of these certifications constitutes grounds for contract ineligibility or termination under Arkansas Code Annotated.
