About this file

This document is a Combined Certifications form for contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. The form requires vendors and contractors to certify compliance with three specific state legal restrictions for contracts of varying monetary values: (1) Israel Boycott Restriction for contracts $1,000 or greater, (2) Illegal Immigrant Restriction for contracts $25,000 or greater, and (3) Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction for contracts $75,000 or greater.

By signing the form, contractors must affirm they will not: boycott Israel, employ illegal immigrants, or boycott Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries throughout the contract term. The certifications reference specific Arkansas Code Annotated sections (§ 25-1-503, § 19-11-105, and § 25-1-1102) and require written notification to the contracting public entity if any of these restrictions are violated. The document provides space for the vendor/contractor's name, vendor number, signature, and date of execution.
