About this file

This is a Combined Certifications for Contracting document issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department. The document outlines mandatory certification requirements that vendors and contractors must comply with when entering into contracts with the City of Little Rock. The certifications apply based on contract value thresholds: the Israel Boycott Restriction applies to contracts valued at $1,000 or greater; the Illegal Immigrant Restriction applies to contracts valued at $25,000 or greater; and the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction applies to contracts valued at $75,000 or greater. All contractors must sign the certification form, confirming they do not currently engage in and will not engage in boycotts of Israel, employment of illegal immigrants, or boycotts of energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries for the duration of their contract with the city.

The document serves as a prerequisite certification requirement for participation in City of Little Rock contracting opportunities, including the Lawn Care - Landbank City Rebid invitation to quote. Vendors must provide their name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date on the certification form. Non-compliance with these certifications, particularly for contracts meeting the specified dollar thresholds, may result in contract disqualification or termination. The certifications are grounded in Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102, establishing these as legally mandated conditions for public contracting in Arkansas.
