About this file

This document is a Combined Certifications for Contracting form issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance and Procurement Department. The certification requirements apply to all vendors and contractors seeking to do business with the City of Little Rock and are mandated by Arkansas state law. The form requires contractors to certify compliance with three primary restrictions: (1) for contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not currently engaged in a boycott of Israel; (2) for contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants; and (3) for contracts valued at $75,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in a boycott of the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries for the duration of the contract. Contractors are required to sign and date the certification form, providing their vendor name and City of Little Rock supplier/vendor number.

This certification form serves as a compliance document applicable to the Invitation to Quote for a 2026 Ford F4U Transit-350 Cargo AWD High Roof HD Extended Van. Given the nature of the vehicle procurement, the applicable certification thresholds would be determined based on the total contract value. The certifications are binding for the entire term of any resulting contract and contractors must notify the City of Little Rock in writing if their compliance status changes at any point during contract performance.
