About this file
This document is a Combined Certifications Form for Contracting with the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, requiring vendors to certify compliance with three specific state legal restrictions for public contracts. The certifications apply to contracts of varying monetary thresholds: $1,000 or greater for Israel Boycott Restriction, $25,000 or greater for Illegal Immigrant Restriction, and $75,000 or greater for Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, and Ammunition Industries Boycott Restriction.
The certifications mandate that contractors affirm they are not currently engaged in and will not participate in boycotts of Israel, employ illegal immigrants, or boycott Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries during the contract term. Contractors must provide written certification of these commitments, with potential notification requirements if their status changes. The form is designed to ensure vendor compliance with Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102, reflecting state-level policy positions on these specific economic and social issues.
