About this file

This file is a Combined Certifications for Contracting form issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Department. The form establishes mandatory certification requirements that vendors and contractors must complete to conduct business with the City of Little Rock. The certifications apply based on contract value thresholds: contracts valued at $1,000 or greater require certification that the contractor is not engaged in a boycott of Israel; contracts valued at $25,000 or greater require certification that the contractor does not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants; and contracts valued at $75,000 or greater require certification that the contractor is not engaged in and will not engage in boycotts of the energy, fossil fuel, firearms, or ammunition industries. By executing this form, contractors agree to comply with all applicable Arkansas Code Annotated statutes governing public contracting.

The form requires contractors to provide their business name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, signature, and date of execution. No pricing information, set-asides, incumbents, or other contract-specific terms are contained within this certification document. This form serves as a prerequisite compliance document that must be completed for any contract opportunity with the City of Little Rock meeting the specified monetary thresholds, including the ITQ for Medical Oxygen & Cylinder Rental referenced in the related contract opportunity.
