About this file
This document is a Combined Certifications for Contracting form issued by the City of Little Rock, Arkansas Finance Procurement Office located at 500 W. Markham Street. The form requires vendors and contractors to provide written certifications regarding compliance with three Arkansas state laws, with applicability dependent on contract value. For contracts valued at $1,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in a boycott of Israel. For contracts valued at $25,000 or greater, contractors must certify they do not knowingly employ or contract with illegal immigrants. For contracts valued at $75,000 or greater, contractors must certify they are not engaged in and will not engage in boycotts of the Energy, Fossil Fuel, Firearms, or Ammunition Industries for the duration of the contract.
By executing this certification form, contractors agree to comply with all applicable restrictions based on their contract value threshold. The form requires the vendor or contractor name, CLR Supplier/Vendor Number, contractor signature, and date of signature. This certification must be completed and submitted as part of any contracting process with the City of Little Rock and serves as a prerequisite to contract award under Arkansas Code Annotated sections 25-1-503, 19-11-105, and 25-1-1102.
