About this file

This file contains certification documents required for a state and local contract opportunity with Louisville Metro Government in Kentucky for On-Call Maintenance & Stabilization Services. The certifications address two primary areas: lobbying compliance and telecommunications services restrictions. The contract is intended to provide Louisville Metro Government with an on-call contractor capable of performing emergency roadway maintenance, embankment repair, slope stabilization, drainage remediation, and related geotechnical improvements necessary to preserve property integrity and public safety.

The lobbying certification requires the contractor to confirm that no federal appropriated funds have been or will be paid to influence federal officials in connection with the contract award. If non-federal funds have been used for lobbying purposes, the contractor must submit Standard Form-LLL disclosing such activity. The contractor must also flow down these certification requirements to all subcontractors and subrecipients. The telecommunications services certification requires the contractor to certify that no prohibited telecommunications services, equipment, or systems as defined under 2 C.F.R. 200.216 will be provided under the contract. The contractor must immediately notify Louisville Metro Government if prohibited telecommunications services are discovered and must replace them at the contractor's sole cost or face potential default consequences. Both certifications must be signed by an authorized contractor official with the date of execution.
