About this file

This is a Certification Regarding Lobbying document applicable to the San Felipe Del Rio Consolidated Independent School District (SFDRCISD) in Texas for the procurement of Teacher Retirement Appreciation Gift Watches. The certification establishes compliance requirements for all parties involved in the contract opportunity, ensuring that no Federal appropriated funds are used to influence Congressional officers, employees, or agency personnel in connection with the contract award, extension, continuation, renewal, amendment, or modification.

The document requires the undersigned to certify that if any non-Federal funds are paid to influence government officials in connection with this contract, Standard Form LLL (Disclosure Form to Report Lobbying) must be completed and submitted in accordance with its instructions. All sub-awards at all tiers, including subcontracts and sub-grants, must include identical certification language, and all sub-recipients must certify and disclose accordingly. Non-compliance with these certification requirements may result in civil penalties ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 for each failure to file the required certification, as mandated by section 1352, title 31, US Code.
