The respondent must certify compliance with all specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in the proposal package, including acknowledgment of any addenda issued through the City's Bonfire procurement portal. The proposal acceptance period is 120 calendar days unless otherwise specified by the respondent. The contract becomes effective only upon City Council approval, at which time an award letter is issued as part of the binding agreement. Respondents must download and sign all required addenda from the Bonfire website at https://cityofcorinth.bonfirehub.com/ prior to submission.

The certification form requires respondents to affirm authorization to execute the contract, confirm no collusion or unauthorized communications occurred, and certify that no gratuities were offered to city officials or employees. Additionally, respondents must verify they are not debarred by the U.S. Comptroller General and comply with Texas-specific statutory requirements, including provisions regarding boycotts of Israel and energy companies, discrimination against firearm entities, and foreign terrorist organization restrictions. The form also mandates assignment of antitrust claims to the purchaser and requires authorized representatives to sign and provide contact information. Respondents with fewer than ten employees or contracts valued below $100,000 are exempt from certain boycott and discrimination certifications.
