About this file
This document is a sample Certificate of Liability Insurance template for Laredo Independent School District (Laredo ISD), detailing the insurance requirements for vendors, contractors, and lessees. The certificate outlines comprehensive insurance coverage specifications, including General Liability, Auto Liability, Umbrella Excess, and Workers' Compensation. The template provides standardized guidance on policy limits, with recommended coverage amounts such as $1,000,000 for General Liability and Auto Liability, and $5,000,000 for Umbrella Excess.
The certificate mandates that the vendor/contractor must include Laredo ISD as an additional insured on General Liability, Automobile, and Umbrella Liability policies, with a waiver of subrogation on all policies. It specifies that coverage must be primary and non-contributory, with a 30-day notice of cancellation requirement (except 10 days for non-payment). The document provides a structured framework for insurance documentation, highlighting key elements such as policy periods, policy numbers, and the location for cancellation notices, which in this case is 900 East Lyons, Laredo, TX 78040.
