About this file

This is an Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit document for Broward County, Florida, associated with a contract opportunity for Underwater Diving Services. The affidavit requires vendors to certify they do not use coercion for labor or services as defined in Florida Statutes, and must be submitted with the solicitation response or within three business days of the county's request. The related contract is an open-end solicitation for underwater diving services to be performed by a Dive Team with or without a boat, primarily for the Port Everglades Department and potentially other Broward County agencies.

The solicitation includes specific procurement preferences for Small Business Enterprises (SBE) and County Business Enterprises (CBE), with vendors required to submit responses electronically through the BPRO platform. Vendors are advised to carefully review the full solicitation, submit questions through the specified channel by the designated due date, and ensure timely electronic submission. Technical support is available through support@gobonfire.com if vendors encounter difficulties with the submission process. The document emphasizes the vendor's sole responsibility for submitting a complete and timely response.
