About this file

This document is an Insurance Requirements document for Marine Diving Services issued by the Port Everglades Operations Division for Broward County, Florida. The document outlines comprehensive insurance specifications for a marine services project, detailing mandatory insurance coverage types and minimum liability limits for various categories including General Liability, Auto Liability, Worker's Compensation, Employer's Liability, Vessel Pollution, Marine Liability, and Installation Floater insurance.

The insurance requirements specify minimum liability limits such as $1,000,000 per occurrence for General Liability with a $2,000,000 aggregate, $300,000 for Auto Liability, statutory limits for Worker's Compensation, and $1,000,000 for Employer's Liability. Additional specialized marine-related insurance requirements include Vessel Pollution coverage with a $1,000,000 limit and a two-year extended reporting period, and Marine Liability coverage also set at $1,000,000. The document mandates that Broward County must be listed as the Certificate Holder and endorsed as an additional insured, with 30 days' written notice required for cancellation (10 days for non-payment), and stipulates that the vendor's insurance must provide primary coverage without requiring contribution from the County.
