About this file

This specification document outlines the construction aggregates and related materials procurement for the City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The City seeks to establish a supply contract for various aggregate materials and related products to support municipal infrastructure and construction projects. The contract will be awarded by individual item, allowing the City flexibility in sourcing different materials from qualified vendors. Specific item quantities, delivery schedules, and technical specifications for aggregate grades, sizes, and material compositions are detailed within the specifications to ensure consistency with City standards and project requirements.

The pricing structure requires vendors to submit unit prices for each specified item, with costs evaluated on a per-unit basis for award consideration. The contract terms, payment conditions, and any volume commitments or delivery requirements are established to meet the City's operational needs throughout the contract period. Performance standards address material quality, testing certification, timely delivery, and compliance with South Dakota and local regulations. This supply agreement enables the City of Sioux Falls to procure essential construction materials efficiently while maintaining competitive pricing and quality assurance through the item-by-item award mechanism.
