About this file
This document is a Non-Collusion Affidavit for Lubbock County, Texas, designed to be completed by a bidder participating in a procurement process. The affidavit requires the bidder to swear that their submitted bid is genuine, not collusive, and that they have not induced or solicited other firms to submit sham bids or refrain from bidding. The form must be signed by the bidder, notarized, and included with the submission.
The document is a standard legal form that ensures fair competition in the bidding process by requiring bidders to affirm they have not engaged in anti-competitive practices. It serves as a sworn statement that helps protect the integrity of the procurement process by preventing bid rigging, price fixing, or other manipulative tactics that could unfairly advantage one bidder over others.
