About this file
This document is a Non-Collusion Bidding Certification form issued by the Cherokee County School District's Procurement Services Department. The form requires bidders to certify that their bid pricing has been developed independently, without collusion, consultation, or communication with other bidders or competitors. Bidders must affirm that their prices have not been knowingly disclosed prior to bid opening and that they have not attempted to induce other parties to submit or withhold bids to restrict competition.
The certification explicitly states that collusive bidding practices are a criminal offense that will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The form provides space for the legal name of the proposer, signature of a corporate officer, their title, and printed name. The document was last updated in August 2023 and is designed to ensure fair and competitive bidding practices for the school district's procurement process.
