About this file

The document is a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Cherokee County School District (CCSD) for School Nutrition Small Equipment (SE-2026). The RFP seeks qualified proposers to provide small equipment items for the district's school nutrition program, with a potential for multiple awards. The contract term is twelve months, from November 1, 2025, through October 31, 2026, with possible extension if requested at least 120 days before expiration. Proposers must submit all materials through the CCSD Euna Procurement portal by September 30, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., with all questions due by September 23, 2025, at 2:00 p.m.

The pricing requirements are comprehensive, with proposers mandated to provide pricing for individual school locations and centralized delivery to the CCSD Central Warehouse, with an expectation of lower pricing for centralized delivery. Pricing must remain firm for the entire contract term, and all applicable charges must be listed. The evaluation will be based on a point system: 35 points for price, 30 points for product availability/quality, 25 points for service and support, and 10 points for references. Additional requirements include submitting a current Certificate of Insurance, providing samples for alternate items, delivering assembled items, and offering detailed information for items valued at $500 or more. Proposers must also explain delivery schedules, return policies, and have the ability to invoice school locations.
