About this file

This file is a policy memorandum from the 36th Security Forces Squadron at Andersen Air Force Base detailing contractor access requirements and procedures. The memo outlines updated policies for base access including acceptable identity proofing documents (Real ID compliant licenses, passports, SSN cards, etc.), specific documentation requirements for H1 and H2 workers, and Foreign Visitor Request (FVR) procedures which require 7-14 business days for approval.

The memo establishes new procedures for Weekend Work Requests (must be submitted via email by Wednesday), contract submissions (requiring specific formatting and complete documentation), and affidavit validity (30 days from signature). It includes specific requirements for documentation submissions, tracking numbers, and templates for various requests. The policy applies to all contract vendors requiring access to Andersen Air Force Base in Guam and includes three attachments: a Designated Country List, Weekend Work Request template, and Contract Template.
