About this file
This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for an in-store promotion of U.S. food and beverage products at a leading supermarket chain in Vietnam. The U.S. Embassy's Office of Agricultural Affairs seeks a vendor to execute a promotional campaign from June 18 to July 5, 2025, titled "From the Prosperous American Farms", with a budget not to exceed $18,000. The campaign requires comprehensive marketing activities including point-of-sale materials, digital marketing, social media posts, 15 editorial articles, and a kickoff event in Hanoi on June 19, 2025.
Key requirements include designing and producing marketing materials, advertising on in-store LCD screens, developing digital content, organizing a launch event with product sampling and live cooking demonstrations, and providing extensive media coverage. The vendor must already sell U.S. packaged food products, meats, and fresh fruits. Proposals are due by May 15, 2025, at 15:00 local time, to be submitted electronically to the Procurement Agent. The U.S. Government intends to award to the lowest technically acceptable quotation, with quotes to remain valid for 120 calendar days.
