About this file
This is a Questions and Answers document for Solicitation No. 19TH2026Q0010 – Integrated Pest Management, issued by the Embassy of the United States of America in Bangkok, Thailand on February 10, 2026. The document addresses eight inquiries from prospective contractors regarding the current solicitation compared to the previous award and operational requirements.
The previous contract, Purchase Order No. 19TH2023P0668, was awarded on February 18, 2023 with a base year plus two option years for a total value of THB 1,071,540.00. A key change in the current solicitation is the increased frequency of inspection service visits from once per month per location to three times per month covering all listed locations. Treatment services remain on an as-needed basis or as directed by the Contracting Officer's Representative. The Government will provide exterior rodent bait stations and will not require contractors to supply them. Historical service data indicates two termite service requests, two special or emergency service requests, and three stinging insect nest removals over the past 12 months. The IPM program is treatment-focused rather than area-based, so square footage of the 13 listed locations does not reflect actual services provided. A 5-meter height limitation applies to removal of accessible bees, wasps, and hornets on both residential and office buildings, with larger nests referred to external Fire and Rescue Teams.
