3.1 Locations and Times for Janitorial Services at
the CHANCERY (NOB), 120-122 Wireless Road:
clearly is a marble face building and qualifies as requiring semi-annual cleaning requirement in accordance with 1.3.5.4:
Cleaning the exterior area of the buildings and guardrooms, which comprise of cement surface, marble, glass windows and including interior of the perimeter fence, and wall around the building.
When completed, all areas shall be free from dust, bugs, dirt, grime and marks.
The question was asked during the pre-proposal meeting site tour, does the Chancery building have tie downs for rope access to the building.
Two conflicting answers were provided by the Government host. One host answered YES, the second host answered NO. Contractor then followed with a request to visit the roof to verify if tie downs for rope access are available. The request was denied. In as much as cleaning the exterior surface and windows of the Chancery is a significant effort it is requested that the Government definitively respond regarding the availability of tie downs for rope access to access the exterior cleaning of the Chancery Building.
