About this file
This is an amendment (SF30 form) to Request for Quotations (RFQ) #19TC1225Q0003 for CGR Landscaping Works at the U.S. Consulate General in Dubai. The amendment, issued on February 19, 2025, adds two requirements: 1) contractors must certify they are not in violation of Executive Order 14173 regarding Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity, and 2) contractors must complete a new certification regarding compliance with Federal anti-discrimination laws to be included in Section G of the solicitation.
The amendment does not extend the original proposal due date and requires contractors to complete and return the SF30 form along with a signed certification statement confirming they do not operate any DEI programs that violate Federal anti-discrimination laws and are in compliance with all applicable anti-discrimination laws. Contractors must acknowledge this is material to payment decisions under the False Claims Act. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. Questions can be directed to dubaigsoprocurement@state.gov.
