About this file

This document is a Questions and Answers section from Solicitation RFQ 19PM0726Q0015 for Construction & Electrical Materials. The file addresses vendor inquiries regarding the specification and dimensions of "White Brass Tee" items required under the solicitation.

The Q&A clarifies that "White Brass Tee" refers to T-profile ceiling grid members (T-bars) used in suspended ceiling systems, not plumbing fittings. Vendors are required to supply standard commercial T-profile ceiling grid members compatible with suspended ceiling grid systems without special dimensional requirements beyond specified lengths. The solicitation requires three different lengths of these items: 12-foot lengths (40 units), 2-foot lengths (160 units), and 4-foot lengths (160 units), all measured in individual units. The document confirms that the numeric dimensions (12 ft, 4 ft, and 2 ft) refer exclusively to the required lengths of the T-profile ceiling grid members.
