About this file
This document is an amendment to a solicitation for foreign media news summaries. The United States Embassy in Mexico seeks firms to provide timely written English news summaries focused on agreed topics from foreign media outlets, delivered twice daily by email. The amendment extends the period of performance from five to four additional 12-month option periods, allows deliveries seven days a week, changes the submission address and due date to March 22, 2024, and replaces indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract language with firm fixed price. Firms must register in SAM prior to submitting an offer.
