Work Locaon & Access / Period of Performance

1. The RFQ states regular working hours as Monday to Friday, 7:00 to 17:00. Could you clarify if weekend or aer-hours work is allowed in case of emergencies, and if prior authorizaon is required?

Work will be scheduled in advance and will take place on Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM and Saturday from 7:00 to 12:00, this is subject to the regulations of each administration as residences are restricted by each building code. Contractor must follow and comply with required work schedules.

The schedules shall take into consideration the hours that the staff can effectively perform their services without placing a burden on security personnel of the Post. Contractor may be required to work during US Holidays being it the following:

*Saturday (Only if approved by COR): from 7:00AM to 4:00PM.
