Relocation Weekend (TBD): The specific move weekend for the external Ampelokipi (PBC) relocation segment remains To Be Determined (TBD) within this overall window. The Project Manager will finalize and coordinate the selected weekend with the Contractor. The Contractor must still plan for weekend-only operations for all PBC move segments.

• Weekend-Only Constraint: Relocation activities from the external Ampelokipi building (PBC) are designated strictly as weekend-only operations.

• Labeling & Inventory: All boxes will bear a structured label indicating the destination zone. U.S. Embassy personnel will track the loading and unloading of boxes with an inventory list. Movers shall assist in the precise placing, arranging, and stacking of items inside the destination workspaces strictly according to the direction shared by the technical representatives.

• Unpacking Restriction: Contractor personnel are strictly prohibited from unpacking any boxes or contents; unpacking will be managed internally by USG staff.

• Debris Removal: Immediately following the delivery phase, the Contractor shall arrive at the designated areas to clear and completely remove all discarded packing materials, emptied boxes, and project tape from the facility.

4. TOTAL VOLUMETRIC BASELINE & DIVISION OF LABOR

Based on the professional pre-move survey and exact physical counts, the overall move is divided into two strict logistical categories:

• Contractor Packed. Includes indicated furniture, heavy security equipment, large floor safes, active photocopy machines, bookcases, and large paintings.

The Contractor is responsible for full handling—including disassembly (where required), structural wrapping, padding, loading, safe transit, and reassembly at the final destination.

• USG Self-Packed. Includes active paper files, stationery, loose office items, desktop IT workstations, and personal files. The Contractor's responsibility is limited to delivering packing materials in advance (including the number of boxes required for self-packing), loading pre-packed boxes/bins, and transporting them.

• Tilt Limitations: The machine must not exceed a 30% tilt angle at any point during handling, loading, transport, or unloading. Movers are required to monitor the visible tilt indicators located on the machine's exterior.

• Supervised Delivery: An embassy team member must be present on-site during packing, transport, and delivery to provide directional oversight. The final placement is inside the RST workshop in the South Building.

B. Precision Equipment (Office 3 - Platform Floor Scale) The platform floor scale is a heavy, precision instrument. The Contractor must disconnect power (if applicable), carefully protect the scale's platform and dial/face from friction, keep the unit upright during transport, and place it precisely as directed by the Office Representative.

• Internal Routing Constraints: Moving crews must verify that all equipment, safes, and transported boxes comply strictly with the physical boundaries, overhead clearances, and weight constraints of the internal pathways, elevators, and available ramps within the Chancery.

• Contractor Compliance (Heavy Safes): Heavy units (such as floor safes and multi-drawer cabinets) must be structurally stabilized, verified as completely empty, and locked before being transitioned along ramps or elevator structures.

• Elevator Physical Constraints (Ampelokipi Facility): Moving crews must adhere strictly to the physical limits of the elevator chambers at the Ampelokipi facility to prevent mechanical breakdowns:

• - Elevator 1 & 2 Door Dimensions: 39" W x 78" H (1.0m W x 2.0m H).

• - Elevator 1 Chamber Dimensions: 49" W x 66" D x 78" H (1.25m W x 1.70m

The contractor shall continuously monitor the local weather forecast and, if necessary, implement immediate provisions (such as heavy-duty plastic wrapping or waterproof tarps) to protect sensitive technical equipment from water damage during transitions.

• In the event of inclement weather, any exposed outdoor transfers will cease, and routing will pivot entirely to secure internal subterranean tunnel networks connecting the wings.

B. Structural Delay Management

• If an internal elevator restriction or ramp bottleneck occurs, moving teams must actively manage traffic flow to prevent hallways from becoming congested and adjust pacing under the direction of the Project Manager.
