About this file
This document is a Questions and Answers (Q&A) file related to a federal contract opportunity for scientific reagents. The Q&A addresses three key issues: (1) product substitution for a discontinued item, where two alternative VITEK®2 AST cards (Ref. #424722 and #424724) are proposed, with a preference to replace Ref. #413404 AST GN73 with Ref. #423052 AST-N379; (2) a correction to packaging specifications for two items (VITEK PICKME NIBS and VITEK PICKME PEN), confirming the vendor's acceptance of the revised packing requirements; and (3) confirmation that monthly deliveries can be made at the end of each month. The document is marked "SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED" and appears to be part of a solicitation (19GG8025Q0026) for reagents for scientific research at WRAIR (Walter Reed Army Institute of Research) through the US Embassy in Tbilisi.

SENSITIVE BUT UNCLASSIFIED
# Question Answer
1 One of the requested item is Ref. # 413404 AST GN73.

Ref. # Description
424722 VITEK®2 AST-N813
424724 VITEK®2 AST-N814
would like to replace Ref. #413404 AST GN73 with Ref.# 423052
AST-N379
2 There is packing mistake for last two items, descriptions and packing should be opposite. Ref. # 423551 VITEK PICKME NIBS correct packing is (1728) and Ref. # 423546 VITEK PICKME PEN should be each.
We are fine with the correction
