About this file

This document is an Amendment (0002) to a Request for Quote (RFQ) for training services, issued by the American Consulate General Frankfurt. The solicitation (19GE5025Q0118) seeks a contractor to provide four separate two-week training sessions, each involving 60 trainees, with detailed facility and logistical requirements. The training appears to be tactical in nature, requiring a facility that can simulate residential, densely populated, rural, and public areas with capabilities for live fire, breaching, night fire, and vehicle training.

Key amendments include extending the proposal due date to August 28, 2025, at 15:00 CET, providing a Questions & Answers document, and making changes to pages 4, 5, 8, and 24 of the original solicitation. The training facility must provide living quarters, meals, transportation, first aid, gymnasium, and laundry facilities for participants. Trainers must be qualified professionals, with each trainer supervising no more than 5 students simultaneously. Proposals should be submitted via email to Hakim Dyane at DyaneA@state.gov, with questions accepted until August 6, 2025.
