C.5.2.12 To all horizontal areas consolidate surfaces with power-driven floats or by hand floating if area is small or inaccessible to power driven floats. Restraighten, cut down high spots, and fill low spots. Repeat float passes until the surface is left with a uniform, smooth until the surface is free of trowel marks and uniform in texture and appearance.
C.5.2.13 To the two new ramped area, immediately after the float finishing, slightly roughen the surface by brooming with fiber-bristled broom perpendicular to the main traffic route.
