About this file

This is an attachment containing Questions & Answers and photos of gardens for solicitation 19GB5024Q0003 from the U.S. Embassy in Libreville, Gabon. The document addresses two questions regarding site visits and includes extensive photographic documentation of the embassy grounds.

The photos show various garden areas featuring lawns, landscaped beds, palm trees, ornamental plants, and hardscape elements like walkways, retaining walls, and lamp posts. The gardens appear to be a mix of formal and tropical landscaping, with both manicured grass areas and more densely planted sections containing tropical foliage. Some areas show maintenance needs, including worn paths and varying grass conditions. Square concrete access panels are visible in some lawn areas, and there are both paved and unpaved walkways throughout the grounds. The photos are intended to help potential contractors understand the scope of landscaping services required, though the document notes that not all garden areas could be photographed and bidders should refer to the full scope of work and pricing table in Section 1 for complete requirements.

2 – If a site visit is not possible, could you provide some pictures that would assist our company in preparing my proposal?
