About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract (Standard Form 30) issued by the Department of State, American Embassy Contracts Office in Paris on October 23, 2026. The amendment modifies RFQ 19FR6327Q0005, dated October 16, 2026, to cancel and remove two one-year options from the contract and establish a single one-year performance period from January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2027. The requisition number is PR#16266551, and the contracting officer is Craig N. Deatrick.
The contract requires occupational medicine services for locally employed staff at the US Embassy Paris under an indefinite-delivery indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) structure with firm-fixed price delivery orders. Services include six medical CLINs: medical examination visits (350 estimated employees per month), first visits for new employees (10), no-show visits (60), maternity leave return visits (5), special comprehensive visits for enhanced surveillance (25), and special comprehensive visits for night workers (15). The minimum contract value is 100 employees per year, with a maximum of 450 employees per year. All pricing is in Euros excluding VAT, with 20 percent Value Added Tax applied separately to CLINs 0001-0006. The performance standard requires all services to be performed with no more than one customer complaint per month, monitored by the Contracting Officer's Representative through a Quality Assurance and Surveillance Plan. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the October 30, 2026 deadline at 4:00 PM CET.
