About this file
This document is an Amendment of Solicitation (Standard Form 30) for a janitorial services contract for the U.S. Consulate in Strasbourg, France. The contract (RFQ 19FR6326Q0018) requires comprehensive cleaning services across multiple areas of the consulate, including the main consulate building and Local Guard Force premises. Cleaning tasks are categorized by frequency: daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual, covering spaces such as offices, sanitary facilities, technical areas, and windows. The contractor must perform tasks including emptying bins, cleaning surfaces, disinfecting areas, mopping floors, and using eco-friendly cleaning products.
Key service requirements include daily cleaning of specific rooms like guard changing rooms, toilets, and kitchens; weekly cleaning of offices and corridors; monthly cleaning of TDY apartments and second-floor rooms; and specialized tasks like window cleaning and maintenance of off surfaces. The contract specifies working hours (mostly between 8:00-12:00 Monday to Friday, with some additional times for Local Guard Force premises), and requires the contractor to provide their own cleaning supplies while using environmentally friendly products. The amendment, dated November 14, 2025, appears to make corrections to the original solicitation, with the contracting officer being Craig N. Deatrick from the Department of State, American Embassy in Paris.
