About this file
This is a Standard Form 30 (SF-30) Amendment 0001 for Solicitation Number 19FR6325Q0035, modifying a previous solicitation for the U.S. Embassy in Paris. The amendment increases the number of Sports Utility Vehicles (SUVs) from four to six, while maintaining the original specifications. The vehicles must have an unleaded gasoline engine, automatic transmission, 4-6 cylinder 3.0 liter engine with 245 HP minimum, Euro 4 Norm, and specific interior, exterior, safety, and feature requirements including black metallic paint, 5-7 seats, four-wheel drive, and advanced safety technologies.
The procurement is a firm fixed-price contract with a 180-calendar day delivery timeline from the contract award date. The vehicles will be delivered to the U.S. Embassy Chancery building in Paris, with the contractor required to provide a preparation package including vehicle cleaning, 10 liters of gasoline, pre-delivery testing, and startup checks. The solicitation requires offerors to submit a compliance sheet detailing how their proposed vehicles meet the minimum specifications, with the government intending to award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable offeror.
