About this file
This is Amendment 0002 to solicitation 19BK8025R0001 for health insurance services at the U.S. Embassy in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina. The amendment makes several key changes to the original solicitation:
The amendment adds a new certification requirement regarding compliance with Executive Order 14173 on anti-discrimination laws, requiring contractors to certify they do not operate DEI programs that violate federal anti-discrimination laws. It also replaces clause C.1.1.21 regarding excess coverage of EURO 73,200.00 per covered individual per contract year as an optional benefit for LE Staff, with staff paying 100% of premiums directly to the vendor. Additionally, the amendment extends key dates: the proposal submission deadline is postponed from March 4, 2025 to March 11, 2025 at 15:00 local time (CET), and the pre-proposal conference is rescheduled from February 18, 2025 to February 24, 2025 at 11:00 AM local time (CET).
