About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the U.S. Embassy Mexico's International Narcotics & Law Enforcement Affairs (INL Mexico) office to conduct market research for the Mexican Criminal Courts Telepresence Project. The RFI seeks information from vendors capable of supplying IT equipment, software, and services to support telepresence and secure digital communication systems for Mexican state and federal judicial institutions and penitentiaries. The procuring agency is the Department of State Office of Acquisition Management. This RFI is non-binding market research and does not constitute a commitment to award or issue a future solicitation; however, vendors who submit capability statements will be notified should the government elect to issue a formal RFP or RFQ.
Respondents must submit capability statements by March 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST via email to ModrakER@state.gov with the subject line "19AQMM26N0002: Mexico Courts Telepresence." Submissions should address nine specific areas including company contact information and UEI number; credentials and professional experience in Mexico with judicial institutions, IT services procurement and installation, and Government of Mexico collaboration; recommendations to improve draft requirements; feasibility assessments of Google Workspace and alternative Platform-as-a-Service solutions; suggested PSC and NAICS codes; pricing models and structures (including firm-fixed-price feasibility and estimated costs, which are understood to be notional and nonbinding); and any missing information needed to provide rough order of magnitude pricing. Responses should be submitted as a single PDF or Word document attachment and should not include formal proposals, requests for consideration or notification of future solicitations, mailing list requests, or unrelated questions.
