Please indicate detail specificacions of the emergency generator and automatic transfer swithc to be installed.

E1-12

Single phase, 120/240 V, 50 KVA, Diesel. Location indicated in drawing E1-3, fuel tank for 24 hours

ELECTRICAL

Since the project will be performed in a police station, and its operation is 24 hours, what would be the available working hours?

This working hour must be a proposal by the Contractor. Normal working hours are available and night hours must be requested.

Since the building will remain in operation during the period of execution of the project, please clarify if the work is to be performed in phases, if so, please specify the phases of the work.

The work plan for construction will be a responsability by the contractor, to isolate the working area from the existing offices is part of the construction plan that has to be conducted. A Temporary wall made of steel or wood will avoid the noise and dust from the Construction Area to the offices.

There is the possibility of using a larger storage space for materials than the one shown in the field visit, since, considering the volume and flow of work, the area proposed as a materials storage area is extremely small.

Additional Storage area can be requesed to the Municipality at the next property, the parkinglot.
