QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Question: The stated rates are weekly but subject to a minimum period of 1 month. Would you confirm that understanding as I did not see that specification in the contract.
Answer: As stated in the Work Requirements, “Minimum rental period guaranteed for each apartment will be one (1) month with weekly-based incremental periods.”
Please also note that this solicitation is for a BPA, Blanket Purchase Agreement, not for a contract.
