The document contains a single Q&A exchange clarifying that offerors must sign and date Attachment 2 (Work Requirements) and include it with their offer along with all documentation requested in Section 3 of the solicitation.

The associated solicitation (191T5225Q0001) is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement to provide furniture rental services for approximately 35 apartments, with a base period of one year. The BPA will be firm-fixed price, and multiple awards may be made based on initial offers without discussions. Contractors must be registered in SAM prior to submitting offers, and electronic submissions are permitted via email (limited to 25MB per email).
