About this file

This document is an amendment to the solicitation for locally employed staff salary management (payroll) services for the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem. The amendment modifies the scope of work to require the contractor to collect and input employee data using an online electronic system that provides individualized controlled access, including forms and pension information. It also specifies the contractor must provide the option for employees to use a phone number or email for login verification in lieu of a password. Additional modifications include requiring the contractor to communicate directly with the employer's pension operator to resolve issues, and changing the performance objective to focus solely on payroll services. The contractor must maintain all work product created during the contract period and subsequent option years. The solicitation is issued by the Department of State's U.S. Embassy in Tel Aviv.
