The contractor assumes all shipping and handling costs. No partial deliveries are accepted; payment is made upon complete delivery and satisfactory inspection by INL. The contractor must have prior experience with at least three similar contracts valued above USD $50,000 each. Prices must be exclusive of all taxes and duties, with the U.S. Government exempt from VAT/IVA. Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable, responsible quoter.

The contractor shall consolidate the entire shipment to prevent loss and misdirection. Any lost or damaged items during shipment shall be replaced by the contractor upon notification. Vendor shall replace any defective material or equipment including transportation at no cost to the USG for warranty by one year.
All charges for delivery and transportation to the destination is the responsibility of the contractor. Price must include delivery to the above-mentioned address.

Sixteen (16) hours of training in the operation of the handheld X-Ray imager for twenty (40) students. Contractor shall deliver the training no later than twenty (20) calendar days after the X-Ray imagers arrive to the Colombian Army. Contractor shall use OEM certified instructors, deliver the training in Spanish Language, provide all the required training aids and printed study materials to train the students at the Colombian Army installation (likely Tolemaida/Larandia). The newly acquired equipment could be used by the students for this training. The training shall include classroom instruction and hands-on practical training with hidden compartments in conveyances.
Before executing the training, contractor shall provide proof of instructors’ OEM certification and the proposed course syllabus for evaluation and approval by the designated Contracting Officer Representative (COR). After the training is completed, contractor shall provide each student with a certificate of attendance for this training indicating the number of hours trained. The contractor is responsible for travel, lodging, and meals for the instructor (s).
As a minimum the training shall cover the following topics:

Se aceptan paneles de transmisión modulares y/o brazos de transmisión, siempre que cumplan las siguientes especificaciones mínimas, o equivalentes:

Dieciséis (16) horas de capacitación en el manejo del equipo portátil de Rayos X para veinte
(40) estudiantes. El Contratista impartirá el entrenamiento a más tardar veinte (20) días calendario después de la llegada de los equipos de Rayos X al Ejército Colombiano. El contratista utilizará instructores certificados OEM, impartirá la formación en español, proporcionará todas las ayudas de formación necesarias y materiales de estudio impresos para capacitar a los estudiantes en la instalación del Ejército de Colombia (probablemente Tolemaida / Larandia). El equipo recién adquirido podría ser utilizado por los estudiantes para esta formación. La formación incluirá instrucción en el aula y formación práctica con compartimentos ocultos en medios de transporte. Antes de ejecutar el entrenamiento, el contratista deberá proporcionar prueba de la certificación OEM de los instructores y el programa del curso propuesto para su evaluación y aprobación por el Representante del Oficial de Contratación (COR) designado. Una vez finalizada la formación, el contratista entregará a cada alumno un certificado de asistencia a esta formación en el que se indicará el número de horas de formación. El contratista se hará cargo de los gastos de viaje, alojamiento y manutención del instructor o instructores.
