About this file

This document is an amendment to the 19-497DVA-QUINC-B-7354 Tent Rental for Memorial Day Picnic solicitation issued by the Illinois Veterans Home at Quincy (IVHQ). The amendment changes the size of the tent to be rented at the Hammond Hall location from 50x50 to 40x40. No patching or filling of holes is required for the tents, as the main campus location has existing stake holes that will be reused, and the Hammond Hall tent will be located in the northwest corner of the parking lot to avoid the handicap parking spots. Lighting is only required in the 120x40 tent on the main campus.

The pricing and other salient terms are not provided in this document. However, it appears this is an ongoing contract or service arrangement, as this amendment is addressing specific details for the Memorial Day Picnic event.
