AMENDMENT0004
1. Are the base year NTE 28 IAS cameras needed for Primary Care or Ophthalmology Clinics?
Primary Care Clinics
2. What are the exact 28 base locations across the United States for the 28 IAS cameras, for the base year? This may affect pricing for travel and shipping.
All IHS locations are eligible and based on user population, interest of the facility and availability.
3. Is there a form 1449 or attachment listing the CLINS? I see them shown on the synopsis of the FBO post, but I don’t see an attachment with CLIN lines.
Please use the CLIN structure provided in the FBO.gov post.
4. Is it possible to get an extension on the deadline of 9/27? Depending on the answers from my previous questions, the response time for my submission may require more than 24 hours.
No – The award has to be made by the 28th.
