About this file

This document is Addendum No. 2 for Invitation to Bid (ITB) 25-19159-AE issued by the City of Lubbock, Texas, specifically for the Airfield Maintenance Building Roofing Project. The addendum was issued on September 30, 2025, with a bid opening date of October 16, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. The primary purpose of this addendum is to provide two key updates: a revised Bid Table designed to simplify and streamline the bid process, and an asbestos analysis report for the Airfield Maintenance building to offer additional clarification and information.

The addendum provides contact information for Alfredo Esparza from the City of Lubbock Purchasing and Contracts Management Office, who can be reached via fax at (806)775-2164, email at AlfredoEsparza@mylubbock.us, or preferably through questions posted on the Bonfire platform. The document emphasizes the city's commitment to competitive bidding and invites potential bidders to notify the Director of Purchasing and Contract Management of any language or requirements that might inadvertently restrict competition, with such notifications required to be submitted in writing no later than five business days prior to the close date.
